Hello,

So. i am having an issue with my P4 Pro.
When i am flying with it, in the middle of the flight, all my camera settings info (ISO, Shutter, EV, White Balance ...etc...) suddenly becomes N/A (see pics in attach), and can´t record anymore. But up to that moment, everything was fine.
I have to bring the drone down, turn it off and on again, and all says fine again.

When this happens, i still have video feed on the IPAD and can control the gimball movement, so, the message Gimball Disconnected doesn't make any sense.

I already sent it on the seller shop to repair and put a new flat cable... but it still does the same. Sometimes after 1 minute in flight.. sometimes after 10 minutes in flight.

What can be the problem here?  The App? The gimbal? Any ideas?

I have a Ipad Mini 4. All up to data (IOS and DJI Go 4).

What kind of help can a Dji CUSTOMER expect AT THIS FORUM? NONE
