I have problem connecting my RS2 to my Canon R5.

I have connected the usb-c cable and also the hdmi cable from the camera to the raven eye and connected another usb-c from the raven eye to the rs2. When I got into the screen of raven eye, I can see the video signal, but I can't get the camera to go into photo mode. The icon about the record button is grayed out. Is there anything that I should pay attention to in order to make it work?

On the DJI compatibility page for R5 is says you can't switch between modes.

That is strange. Where do you see that saying can't switching between modes? I couldn't see it.

I have a similar problem. I am properly connected, but my iPhone Ronin app tells me the camera isn't connected. I can see the image on my phone screen but can't change the camera settings, use the focus ring on the ronin or do things like panoramas from the phone app.
Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this problem?
