Has anyone here gone through the whole part 107 certification process?   I know there are exemptions for hobbyists but Im thinking of going commercial at some point.  

The process seems a bit complicated.  As I understand it there is an in-person test required that takes quite a bit of aviation knowledge to pass which is understandable.  I just wanted to confirm with anyone who has done it and if they have any suggestions on prep for the test, on-line courses, etc.
