You can fly alot of places here.

On government property, or city property, ask permission first.

Since this video, you cannot fly at this location, or other parks, and monuments without an application, written consent, and a permit from the philippines CAAP (civil aviation authority of  philippines)

When i took the video, it was 2 years ago, and you just had to ask permission from the park office, and give a copy of your photo i.d.

It has since changed.

Pretty much everywhere, because let's face it, this land is so spread out, and vast, not everywhere is going to have to need permission.

If it is a park like this one, or a monument within metro manila, you will need permission, and accompanying paperwork, with your intention, as well as a capp permit to fly there.
I shot this 2 years ago, when those ordinances were not in effect, i just wen tto the park office, they copied my I.D. and i signed a waiver for damage to my drone, and that was it.

Everywhere else is fair game, just ask if there is a business, or residense on the site where you intend to fly, so nobody can say you are trespassing.

And of course check the no fly zone database on the DJI site.
