Unfortunately I didnt purchase the dji care refresh option before 48 hours but I want to do it now.  I didnt realize the benefits of the program at the time.  I did find this link about getting it after 48 hours but requires verification of the drone's status.  It seems rather straightforward howerver are you supposed to do this with the drone in flight of just sitting on the ground?

It doesnt mention putting the drone in flight but it seems that would be logical thing to do to verify the drone is functioning.  Has anyone else done this recently?

Yeah, I saw that but its not clear if the drone is supposed to be flying or sitting on the ground. I think I will launch it as that should give additional verification even if not needed.  Thanks for your help!

This file should be newer version. In the old version, you need to fly your drone and show the drone still in working order. My opinion: fly it and show the overall status. More details will help you pass the verification.

Thanks Natalia for confirming no need for the drone to be in flight.  That makes this much easier to accomplish.
