I am looking to buy a iPad mini to fly my mini and Air 2. Can anyone tell me which one is best and the spec I should be looking for?

iPad with the A12 chip is the best,  get cellular if you want the compass to work correctly.

I got the iPad mini 5 with 64gb.. works great!
