I am having the same issue.  I bought a Phantom 3 back pack and it came with no foam inserts inside. I emailed DJI as theres no phone number or person you can actually talk too.  They emailed me back and pretty much said they were going to resolve the issue.  Its been a week now since I received the backpack and havn't heard anything more.  I have sent a few additional replys to the email asking what the status was on my claim and no response.  I don't know what else to do about this but if this is the way they are going to handle claims then I would not encourage anyone to buy from them also.  I feel That this may be the only way to get this resolved is if I post it on the forums.

u r right no point in complaining here, BUT, it may stop others ordering direct and go elsewhere. once DJI sees direct sales have dropped significantly, they may do something about it. dont forget this forum is also used to pass on useful info, and the sales practices of dji direct sales is a good info to have.
having said all that, i have purchased items directly from dji and have received them within 5 days!!

the tracking info on my order is invalid. fedex does not recognise it.
it is not late or anything as i only ordered last week and it was shipped next day. i just noticed when i went to track it.

I just received a tracking number on my Back pack foam inserts.  I guess using the forums right now is the best way to get anything handled.   I guess they understand there is problems because they shipped out the parts this morning from Hong Kong and they show to be arriving tomorrow.  Thanks DJI Store for handling this.

When I try to track the shipping fedex says invalid tracking #. No big deal. Just wanted someone to know so it can be rectified.

hey, just wanted to let u know i received my package today, i ordered middle of last week and got them today, even tough the tracking number was invalid according to fedex.
this is the second purchase ive made direct from dji and both times i received the items within 5 day from order date. so i must be one of the very lucky ones, or maybe the items i order are readily available.
next i will try batteries, since they seem to be hard to find.
i personally have had excellent experience with DJI store.

Well, this thread has taught me to never order anything from DJI. This and the numerous threads about poor customer service make such a disconnect between a pretty cool product and the way they treat (actually mistreat) their customers. it's really a shame that nearly everyone comes to expect very little in the way of service from DJI.

Ordered mine from B&H Photo, free shipping same day as order. Flying it two days later. I often receive my orders from B&H less than 24 hours after I place it since I am in a 1 day shipping zone from their warehouse. Amazon is my usual go to for just about anything. I am consistently surprised by how good their customer service is for such a huge company.

I have ordered a new battery and carbon reinforced props on DJI Store. They got shipped within 2 days. According to DHL they are coming from China via Hong Kong where it spent the last 24 hours. ETA to Europe is this coming Friday so not too bad even if far to match the next day Amazon delivery!
