Hey guys, since penultimate / second last firmware the app tells me mostly that the signal between remotecontrol and drone is poor...
This msg pops out sporadically, doesnt matter what distance the drone has.

Thought the last FW Update fixed that issue but unfortunately not.

What can I do?

Hello there Mephisto86. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please? Can you please try to fly your DJI Mavic Air 2 to a different location or in an open area with less interference and please stay within the line of sight to isolate the issue. The said DJI drone might have picked up magnetic interference from the area. That might be the reason why you are experiencing these issues. In addition I will post a diagram on how to get optimal transmission for your DJI Mavic Air  2. Thank you.

You may want to try reinstalling the Firmware on both the Mavic Air 2 and the Controller.  Also deleting and reinstalling the DJI Fly app may be helpful.  

If I were you I would upload my logs to https://app.airdata.com/main?a=upload and post the link.  Others may be able to you evaluate if your drone or RC is the issue or if it is the area you are flying in that is causing interference.

Hook up to DJI assistant 2 and refresh the firmware on BOTH craft and controller. report back.
