it's normal the focus motor apply a tremendous among of force to the camera? it's make my camera rotate on the mounting plate and it's turning so fast most of the time it's just sliding on top of the focus ring...
I follow the instructions from the dji tutorial channel but I still have the same problem. should I miss something?

Press the wheels closer to the lens and tighten.

grab the spinning cylinder on the motor to give it greater resistance, works far better than holding the lens

Was there any update from DJI?

The focus motor calibration uses too much torque. There needs to be a way to set the motor power, manually or automatically. It's only 0.27Nm but it should use it carefully.

DJI is that a feature that's possible to implement?

Better than DJI engineering with their twisting plate from the motor calibration  process.
