Yes, its good news as long as you've not gone one thats been classified as it will loose this awesome loop hole at that point.
how do you know that, how do you know what classification future drones will have?? if it is below 250gr and C0 that is enough...

Always some misery that wants to turn good news into bad in some way. Not generally useful and particularly not in these current times..... Have a little think about your attitude to things and think how you might cheer people up rather than drive them down.... It is important you know

This should cheer people up, if you get one now before the classification comes in you've winning big time.

Just make sure you keep away from people and respect their feelings about a drone flying over them.
I'm quite confident we will get restricted even in the <250g category soon because of complaints that will arise with this new rules.

I think the CAA accept that at that weight it is no real danger. I agree about respecting people. I however find that most people are more interested than annoyed

I hope so.
I do have a feeling that people will start complaining when 'we' start flying over their gardens in the summer a lot.
