I am sure I have seen this before.
I am trying to connect my Mavic Pro Platinum to DJI Assistant 2.  The Assistant 2 is downloaded from DJI and I am following everuthing in the DJI video/tutorial.
1.  DJI Assistant des not automatically come up when I connect the drone.
2. Having opened it and signed in and connected the drone I get the message:-
'Device not Supported. Download correct DJI Asst from officail website.'

What Am I doing wrong?

I am getting similar issue with my Mini 2 as well. The Assistant 2 simply do not recognise the the drone.

Can't help with Mini2 but have solved with my Platinum! I was downloading the new 'Assistant 2 for Mavic'rather than the older 'Assistant 2'.  It also seems that the older Mavics are no longer supported
