Hi there and hopefully you can help me.

I purchased my mavic pro quite some time ago now and I have always had an issue where the images look washed out towards the center of the image and darker around the edges. This happens both pointing towards the sun and away from it.

I have submitted an enquiry in the past but didn't solve the problem.

Firmware is all up to date and have even reset all settings and started from scratch. Its definitely not over exposure on the settings so now I believe something more sinister is going on with the camera.

Has anyone heard or know of this issue and what the cause is.

Hello there Azza_85. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to post additional photos for us to be able to see and assist you further. In addition since you have done several troubleshooting steps to fix and rectify the issue and still it persists. I would recommended for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to check the said DJI completely. Again, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you.

Again it just looks over exposed in the middle.

Even settings reset I get results like this.
