I have a brand new air unit that I just installed. After activating and updating firmware I powered the drone and do not get an image. To verify that the goggles were working I checked with one of my Caddex Vistas and works normally.
Worth noting that when I received this air unit from the vendor the box was sealed but did not have the two antennas or the cable that should have been included. I dealt directly with the vendor for this and they resolved it quickly.
Is there a fix for this error or does it need to be returned to vendor/DJI?
