I purchased a refurbished Mavic Pro Platinum today and I can only see Single Shot in the photo mode.


I know that there are other modes as I have seen them on the DJI web site and on Youtube videos but they do not appear on the Go4 App.


Any ideas on what to do ?

Hi, AntonioS. Thanks for reaching out! Please check whether both the unit and the DJI GO 4 is running on their latest firmware. Kindly make sure also that you have inserted a microSD card into the aircraft. If the problem continues, please perform a quick camera reset.
