Hi Dji, Wanted to see if it would be possible to manufacturer an alternative camera for the mavic 2 zoom/pro? Maybe something with a better 1" sensor or mft, better low light, bigger aperature or a combination. The Hassleblad is ok but i feel dji or sony might be able to come up with something a little more superior and swapping cameras on the mavic 2 is an easy process most owners can do themselves.

Hasselblad is just fancy sticker on the lens shield, it is sony sensor in there, don't you worry about that. It is just readout/temperatures needs to be little tamed in such small camera housing, that why you get some pixel binning in video, but actually in the end, doesn't even matter that much. If you learn to use it correctly, this is still one of the, if not the best drone in this segment, all considered.
i only wish dji would be more more helpful, when it comes to firmware support, addressing some small issues etc.

As of the moment this process in swapping the cameras for both DJI Mavic 2 Pro with the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and vice versa is not yet available officially and just a reminder that replacing the camera of your DJI Drone is not recommended by DJI for compatibility and reliability purposes.
