Hello Dji support, I am Turkish, I translate this text with google translate. Please, sorry for the bad translation.

Last week I bought a second hand dji spark fly more combo. I have not had any problems until today. Today it was 4 degrees outside and one of the batteries was 100% charged, I heated it to 25 degrees and flew, I had no problems with my first flight. Later, when my flight was finished, I inserted my other battery and the charge of my other battery was 57%, and I charged this battery 2 days ago, last night I had a flight in the house. I made this battery take off at 15 degrees and I got some warnings as I threw it at you in the video. My drone suddenly fell to 0% when it was 2 meters, but it fell to the ground before its landing finished. My drone's arm is slightly damaged. Why did I have this problem? My battery is just at its 47th charge. When I got home, I plugged it into the charger, the red light on the hub was not full, I disconnected it 20 minutes later, I put it back in, the battery was fully charged and I flew it at a height of 1 meter, this time my drone flew without any problem. Why did my drone crash today because I didn't heat the battery? Then I tried this battery again and was able to fly without any problems.

Hi Kalipotr,

Can you please share or upload the flight log of the crash flight? That way it is possible to make an educated guess what happened.
Anyway, never, NEVER takeoff with used (not full) batteries, especially at cold or very hot outside temperatures.
When its cold, it helps to keep the batteries in your pockets to keep them warm.

Cheers,
Wolferl

Agree with 'Wolferl'.  DJI Lipo batteries a temperature sensitive and drain much more quickly in colder weather.   Flight times will often be significantly less in colder temps.
