Hello All, So I'm having a problem with my ronin, it does not fully lock when I'm putting it upright. When I put it to close it can sit flush to everything, but when I turn the knob to tighten, it pops open as seen in the picture. Is this a user error or do I have to get an exchange?

Hello, there. Sorry for the late response, Do you mean the joint behind the screen? Would you please point it out for us in the photo?

I see this thread from 2 years ago, but no further update.  

I have got a SC2 with the same problem:

The folding join (behind the screen) locks, but it is easily open when a small load is applied.   
If I try to lock it tighter (turn it clockwise further), the join will pop open, like the picture showed.

Any solutions/suggestions?
