Hi before 6 months i bought a cannon 250d and a week ago i bought the rsc2 pro combo but the gimbal is not compatible with the camera. Can someone help? Is any fix i can do?

It is compatible, i have a Canon 250D which i use with the DJI RSC 2 regularly using one of the cables which comes with it. Everything works fine!! Some people have a bit thing about pulling focus and i can confirm this works with all three of my lenses

Hi, wonder if you could give me some info on how you got your 250d to work with camera control cable. I connect it to the rss port and into the camera usb port in video mode but there is no display. Any advice?

You might not need this info anymore, but I also have the 250d with rsc 2 combo. I managed to get everything working by enabling AF on the lens, then disable focus servo in the camera menu, rhen enabling remote control in the camera menue as well. every feature of the rsc 2 is working on the 250d
