If you have a C of C it is safe to fly in the A2 category a M2P up until 31st December 2022, but not beyond, why would this be no longer safe after 31st December 2022 ??? The C of C is valid for 5 years, I cannot understand the logic that there is a cut off date whereby it becomes unsafe to fly in the A2 cat with a M2P hopefully someone will take this argument up with the CAA.

Completely agree and we're all hoping for some sort of retrospective classification of existing legacy drones, even tho the CAA have stated they will not be doing this.....
