So its raining lightly and i was set on flying today.

Could an umbrella type attachment be put on a drone that allowed enough air flow to fly and not suck water up under?

Obviously it will effect aerodynamics and wouldnt fly well if at all in a very heavy rain.
But is it concievable and would it be functional
