Not able to sync all data, only 6 months

It takes a long time to complete to 100%, but once its done its says failed in "all time"
if i change to 6 months, then theres no problem, but then i dont get a total overview om my stats.
Why is it not possible?

Smartcontroller and Mavic 2 Pro with latest FW.

I've never seen the "six months" setting anywhere.  

Where can this be found?  I miss the first four months, so eight months are synchronized only...

Its under the settings in the data sync section, open it, and you can scroll trough the different settings.

Also, the Go app version you linked to is not compatible with the Smart controller.

... while I am on the "Fly App" (MA2 user).
