First use.fitted camera into case.. Blinking light for charging OK charging finishes. Press down opening button . Nothing happens ? Cannot open the case to remove camera ????? any easy solutions ?? Please

However, the charging case is TOTALLY fixed closed with the camera inside ?
I understand the working of this apparatus.
The opening switch does not work.

Thanks for your prompt response. We'd like to know if you have added or included accessories in the Charging Case aside from the DJI Pocket 2 i.e ND Filters, Smartphone Adapters, etc.? If you could kindly, please upload a short clip depicting the issue.
