I have been waiting since October 27, 2020 to get my refund.
I have mailed several times and used the chat as well to get answers for my refund.
In the mail from DJI that my refund is approved it says it will take 3-5 business days to complete. Or up to 10 for PayPal as I used.
I did receive a refund for the shipping only.
At decembed 21 after I used the chat, I got a call from +8675532981819 and was promised my refund.
But still no money have been transferred.
Can you please check what is happening to my case?
