Hello,

I had few days ago a crash with my mavic air. The gimbal did not anwser anymore even if i got the right picture. I noticed that the black ribbon cable that drives the motors was totally broken.
I ordered an OEM gimbal module and exchange it sucessfully.
Picture is fine and gimbal can move freely without problem.
At startup, the gimbal makes a small dance and faces top and down. When the mavic has started (bip bip heard), the gibmal goes to the upper right stopper position.
I can tilt it up and down but not left and right.
If I try to calibrate the gimbal, it stays stuck at 10%.

Does anyone already experienced that ? Any hints ?

I would recommended for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to assist you further.  Just a friendly reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said DJI drone to avoid further damaging the said unit.
