Do the speed settings (cine, normal, sport) affect the speed that the craft will move during a quickshot?  What about during RTH?

I get that these are very basic questions and I am opening myself up for a certain amount of ridicule, but I'm not going to let that bother me (unless it is exessive :>) ).
