Hello i just unpacked my brand new OSMO Mobile. Pressing the ON-Button nothing happens. I checked several Forums and i see, this issue happened to a few other useres. I tried to press different combinations of holding buttons. I tried resetting the Osmo by  Hold down the trigger and the record button and then the power  button. It is still dead.
I am living in a remote area of the Philippines and there is no support here.

Hi, Wernerandreasli. Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to read about the difficulties you're encountering. If you have not tried, we recommend charging your Osmo Mobile 3 using and check whether it only requires charging.

yes of course i tried. Nothing happend. Even no charging light appeared
