Just received an email from Autoflight Logic indicating that we will begin beta testing soon. They are waiting for apple and dji to aprove, and then they will send the beta testers the download. I will test it in my Inspire 1 and my phantom 3. Already practicing with the phantom vision 2+ version.

? This is for a way point system?

Much more than that, you willbe able to make the inspire follow you, orbit around you or any given POI, focus the camara on you or any POI, etc

Forgive my ignorance, but is the Autoflight logic the same Beta Testing thats underway with DJI at the minute.  I am somewhat confused.

nice one, money waiting to buy the full version once we finish the beta testing

No Autoflight is a 3 d party app for iOs. It is already out for Phantom 2 vison +. Now they will have beta testers for a version for Inspire 1 and Phantom 3. The program has not waypoints at the moment.

Whats the point of automated flight if there is no waypoint programming or ability  to fly pre-planned routes !!

You can set one point of interest and make the bird to orbit it, follow it, focus it etc. this point of interest could be your Rc or any other

You say the poi  can bee the yor rc. Is that correct ? - i would rather say the poi HAS to bee your iOs device that is connected to your Rc.

You can drag the point of interest away from your rc in your dash board map so you can orbit or focus other poi different than your ios device or rc

Look for de flight school in autoflight to see it
