If you uninstalled 1.4.12, and reinstalled 1.4.8 (1185) there is no live streaming option. So if you see that in the app, you havent installed 1.4.8 (1185). Its been confirmed to work (1.4.8 1185) by many many people and it does fix the light on the front of the drone issue.

First you uninstall the version you have. Then you delete the DJI folder so that there are not older versions of the program still on your phone. Then download and reinstall an older version.

Just uninstall the app, then reinstall 1.4.8 (1185). Everything works with that version. It's the latest stable version they released and everything works. Its what I use with no issues. Also when I uninstall, I delete the DJI directory on my phone. When I reinstall it gets recreated. That way there's no old files left behind.
Yes working now Mavic 3 update fixed everything great
