In boots. Not even appropriate for THIS idiot to be barefoot!

Ground covered in thin sheet of ice.

Actually, I had to go out to the car barefoot as all the shoes were in the car.

Nice,  I was wandering the same.

Very nicely done Tentoes.    Those tree limbs were loaded down in ice.   Love that avatar in Post 6.

Ordered that online right after I got my Part 107 certificate. I figured it would be a cheap thin plastic thing, but it's pretty heavy aluminum plate with pretty thick coating of whatever the red white and black is.

My favorite 11-year-old and her brother, my favorite 9-year-old got me to watching "Avatar, the last airbender." Like most people, I fell in love with the character "Toph" who joins them in the second season. She's blind and her parents see her as blind, tiny, delicate and helpless. Blind and tiny yes, but ANYTHING but delicate and helpless.

Correct! Matter of perspective. I'm from Northern Illinois where it can be -15 to -20 F (-26 to -29C) for weeks at a time.
