They call me the velcro kid...

I made this sunhood out of my old Spark box. It attaches to my cellphone bottom with two velcro-ed tabs.

The sun can be very bright in this part of the world (Western Cape South Africa) and using the fly app can be a little daunting - the height and distnce numbers are kinda tiny for my eyes especially against a light background - hence the need for a sun hood which works quite well when there is no wind.

So this is attempt 1.
Attempt two is still in the dev stage but will be a more enveloping version. The wind around here can be bothersome.

Because the sun can be bright during the day I am working on a sombrero type of sunshade that covers my head with a front "porch" of shadow. That should make it easier to see what is happening on my screen.
It is in the testing phase and I will post a pic once in comes into use.
