Refresh the firmware (at the remote you can refresh it also through Assistant 2 on PC), uninstall the DJI Fly from phone + delete the DJI folder completely from phone (must do that), reinstall clean, try again.
Re-pair the remote to drone manually.
Some users solved it through this procedure.

Not needed to refresh firmware. Nothing wrong with your camera. You had the sun on the back of the drone. It is the Heiligenschein phenomenon https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heiligenschein

I agree, you need to do some tests with your camera at different resolutions recording statically, point it at a white wall, ceiling, just to see what happens to the recording.

As stated refresh the firmware. If it's still the same raise a case DJI under warranty.

End of story: they asked to get my drone to China for inspection. Result: camera module is fine. The artifact was caused by snow reflection. Weird. It took a while to get that response. I haven’t seen my drone for 2 months so far. Still waiting to get it back...
