Hi everyone!

I have a problem with my Ronin SC. It has always work well with my A7sii until few weeks ago it started to go crazy: if i touch the camera on the ronin (even if i do that very gently) the ronin start to do crazy movement like tourning around or panning right and left, until the motor go to pause mode.
If I double click to front button to make the camera go back to the front position it doesn't come back straight but goes in random positions.

It is perfectly calibrateted, updated etc. I even reset it on the standard setting and do the advanced calibration but th eproblem is still there.

Does any of you have experienced this kind of issue?

Hello there, could you please try to lower the motor parameters(on the Ronin app) on the Pan axis to see if this issue still exists?

Thanks Wanda. I've just tried but the problem still exist. I also did a authomatic calibration of the parameters but the problem is still there. The Ronin moves right and left and shakes, it bips until it goes in stan-by mode.
The problems seems to be only on the pan axis.
