I am so disappointed. Received my OSMO  3 on Monday. Set it up with my iPhone8. Shot some landscape videos on Wednesday. They suffered from jitter when panning. Trying to pan and zoom at the same time resulted in actual video jumps. I have returned the OSMO 3 after four days for a refund. Apparently the gimbal cannot cope with the stabilisation hardware (accelerometers) in the iPhone and this causes the jitters and jumps.
Why is this product sold as iPhone compatible when it clearly is not?

I used my OM3 with the iPhone XS Max and now with the 12 Pro Max and have not run into that nor have I seen a spate of similar reports so it wouldn't appear to be an iPhone-wide problem.
