Is anyone aware of a print book published on the Pocket 2 covering usage and techniques?

Not a book,  but there are loads of tutorials on YouTube.

The problem with producing a book is that it will go out of date quickly as updates are available for the Pocket 2.

Just look for the latest dated YouTube videos.
