2 month old air unit has been flying fine without a problem. But today, it will not recognize my controller sticks (function sticks to arm/beeper/flip/angle) but my controller shows green LED meaning it's connected to the air unit. Air unit also shows video on goggles fine but the controller sticks cannot be assigned (they all show up as N/A) and if I try to assign it, it will reset to N/A. I tried plugging Air Unit into the USB on the computer to see if there is an update to a way to reset the firmware and now PC wont recognize it.

Is this a software problem or should I start a ticket to get this unit serviced?
