Hi.Yesterday I made a request to get my dji mavic mini repaired. What should I do now?? If I have a broken drone arm and a broken propeller, do I only have to pack the drone for shipping? I don't have to unscrew the propellers? The original box, batteries and apparatus will stay with me?

That is not a problem. Once you receive your unit, just send an email to djicare@dji.com and request to transfer your service plan to your replacement drone. Please provide your old and new serial numbers to the team. You may attach your case number for their reference. I hope this helps.
