When I try to use the track feature to film it allows me to move the camera properly, but when I go to set the points it will only put them in each corner degree wise, so the camera then only films looking all the way down or all the way up.

The gimbal is properly balanced and I am using a canon m50 with a small rig cage to try to shoot in vertical.

The pictures posted below show point 1 and point 2, although when the camera is looking down is after I try to tell the gimbal to go to point one after I set it.

Any update? If not I do not see much point in having this gimbal besides filming in 4:3 or 3:2.

Hello there, sorry for the belated reply. We just checked that you should turn the camera in other way around (see the picture below), let us know if this works or not, thanks
