I use a ronin-s with the Canon 4d mark iv. Everything worked fine. After installing latest firmware of the ronin-s the IR cable to start/stop recording is not functioning anymore.
What should I do? Any solution to this? What could have gone wrong?

Hello there, did the Ronin-S IR cable work normal before you updating the latest firmware? As the Canon 4D mark iv is not on our compatibility list, we cannot guarantee the performance on the gimbal.
Could you please also check if the Ronin app has been updated to the latest version?

Hi, yes my mistake it's 5d mark iv. I updated the ronin app and made camera setting canon again. Everything is good again now
