So it seems weird that they are still waiting, since the CE marking is printed on the drone.

The specification for the actual logo is ratified so perhaps they’re using it whilst they wait for signoff from EASA.

indeed we will,   I have permission to buy an R5 with my bitcoin but Im not sure I want one now after watching a lot of comparison videos,  for my photography I dont think I will gain too much.

Video would be a huge improvement, but at the moment Im not really wanting to go that route.  More landscapes and gritty street for me.  Loving the IR conversion on the new camera though - at least when its sunny.
