I had a phantom 2 vision+ V3.0, However one motor and ESC had been broken.
I'm going to replace damaged ESC and Motor to phantom 2 vision+ ESC and 2212 motor. the remaining three sets of ESC and motors (2312) will be remained. is it possbile to fly and proper working
if it is not possible, where can I buy the phantom 2 vision+ V3.0 ESC ?

Wait for DJI original motors and ESCs, they will release a package of the new 2312 motors and ESCs cheaper than buying them separate. ;)
