I had a copyright claim on it so I had to quickly swap tracks on it. Easier than trying to contend with copyright issues.

The veneer is applied in a bag under vacuum so that adapts to the curved.

Ahhh, I was wondering how you got the veneer to match the curve without it splintering into pieces.  I took basic wood shop in High School but that was a very, very long time ago and we never got to work with veneer.

I’ve sent you a couple more pics.   One shows all the pieces glued together getting the top veneer glued on and the other is the vacuum process.   I made the bag.

Very interesting process.  Vacuum set up was genius.  You are definitely a man of many talents.
