I recently took a 360 panorama with my mavic air 2 and downloaded it to my computer. How would i view the 360 panarama and look around the image.

Best app recommended to me by another user is FSPViewer => http://www.fsoft.it/FSPViewer/download/

If I were sharing to friends/family who didn't want to download app to view 360 pic, then I would just upload to SkyPixel and send them a link.

... or put it on your "Google Photos" and then send the link to the friends ...
