About the location:

Shek O is a beach-side village located on the south-eastern part of Hong Kong Island. The name Shek O literally means "rocky bay" and the entire area is a peninsula facing the South China Sea. Apart from a beautiful beach, the landscape is rough but beautiful and the shores of Shek O are battered by huge waves.

About the video:

Video was shot with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro in 4K 30fps and for the slow motion scenes at the lighthouse with the big waves, I used 1080p and 120 fps. Edited with sound effects in FCPX.

Strongly recommended to watch with Earphones.

It certainly does. I will revisit the lighthouse in the summer months when a Typhoon is nearby and the seas are really rough.
