estou com um mavic air, porém ele não sobe voo. o mesmo afirma que a bateria não estar instalada corretamente (obs: estar instalada corretamente e com as travas de segurança bem travadas).
algumém já passou por isso?
um profissional me orientar passar limpa contato, na bateria, mas não deu jeito e permanece o erro.

Kindly please try to wipe the copper sheet inside the battery compartment of the said DJI Drone and the battery contact with 95% alcohol and cotton swab. Let the alcohol air dry.
