Hi all,

I'm about to send back to get my 3rd (replacement) Mavic Air 2 in a month, as none have connected to the Fly App on a Samsung Galaxy 6, 7 or IPad Mini 2.

I've been through support and updated the firmware via DJI Assitant 2, have done all the USB recommendations... etc.

Is this a common problem? It's starting to get a bit irritating and am looking to see if anyone else found a solution...

To assist you further, could you let us know if the remote and aircraft can still be bind or link using the combination button? You have also mentioned that you have connected it via the DJI Assistant 2, does that mean you have tried updating the remote also using the same software? Looking forward to your response.
