Hello, we have been a loyal DJI customer for years. Owning Ronin M & MX models and different drones. The MX models we own have developed spinning wildly out of control or losing power to the motors. You can restore power or get the spinning to stop by holding the main cable in a certain way or zip tying it at the "T" where the arms meet the rear shaft. There is clearly a faulty design in the wiring and harness there at the junction. We are fully aware we are not the only ones experiencing this issue. DJI's response to us was that we had to send it into them and pay them to fix the issue. We were not allowed to buy the wire to replace ourselves or even have a local shop fix it. Instead, we have to pay DJI to fix their defective part. DJI has also discontinued the Ronin MX and most parts for it. Customer service, product....all a fail and they have lost a very loyal customer. If anyone knows where we can purchase our own cable to replace it ourselves, we would appreciate the info. We refuse to pay DJI to repair something they sold broken intentionally. Can't tell us they didn't know this was a defective part. Truly dissappointed and hope DJI learns to value its customers better.
