Ronin M Batter Error

Hi, I recieved Ronin M today. First time Ronin M works perfectly. Even it was connected to andoroid App as well. But after recharging full battery Ronin stopped working.
Inside app error message display "not an intelligent battery". when I restart ronin m , gimbal response only once then stopped working. Please help what is problem?

1. Please download the latest software on our DJI official website and make sure your battery is tightly mount on your Ronin-M
2. Make the cable connector at the bottom of carmera mount is tightly plugged into the socket of Ronin-M
3. Please try "Default" in the assistant software to see if it helps
4. Make sure the firmware are up to date

Please check whether your battery is tightly plugged in the slot, it seems that it is not plugged tightly into the slot. Besides, if you still have the same, could you please give me your email address? Or please send your email to support@dji.com and ask Cathy, I will follow your case
