Hi, just bought my ronin yesterday. When I bought it, it was working flawlessly in the store, now it won't pan with the operator's movements.

If i touch the motor, it holds rigid. It just won't follow my panning movements at all. Tilt works OK. I've reset rigidity, gone through smoothtrack mode, and it pans perfectly well with the hand controller.

Any thoughts? Video below.

Set pan speed to 100, deadband at 5, accel to 100
