I recived a Osmo 3 yesterday, When try to shoot a video it is showing an eror,  Phone storage full shotting stopped, but the phone has 17GB free space. How to fix it?

i just got the poclet 2 dowloaded mimo app i have 54gm storage free on my iphone 12 promax but had five vids taken today first one dowloaded ok the rest would not download saying my storage is full this is not true i am so confused with this matter
