I have a new Mavic 2 Pro and tried to unlock a Geo Zone on my PC.
After entering all data I get an error:

Input serial number only contain alphanumeric characters


I checked my Controller serial many times and tried to replace zero with O, but nothing worked.
The numer shown in my smart controller has a length of 18 and contains numers an chars.
Any idea?


With my Phantom 4 Pro I had never such problems.

Hi, alex65. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. We're sorry for the confusion. Kindly input the Flight Controller Serial Number and not the Remote Serial Number. This can also be found under General Settings > About (turning on the Aircraft, Remote, and the DJI GO 4 is required).
